Abstract: The aim of this study was determined as to conduct situation analyses of studies examining Chemical, Biological, Radiation and Nuclear (CBRN) and emergency health services in the relevant literature. In this study, the qualitative research method was preferred. In the study, the words emergency health services and CBRN were determined as keywords. A systematic literature review was conducted in the Google Scholar database between January 2020 and September 2024. After removing the studies that did not meet the search criteria, 5 studies were determined as a sample. The studies were examined in terms of abstract, keywords, distribution by years, and research method techniques. According to the research results, the most studies were conducted in 2021 and the studies were conducted on the attitude, self-sufficiency, responsibilities, personal protective equipment use, skill status, awareness level and incident management of pre-hospital workers. The keywords most frequently include the words CBRN and pre-hospital emergency health services. 80% of the studies are quantitative research and 20% are qualitative studies.
