Abstract: Many of the contemporary administrative approaches focus their efforts on defining the concepts of organizational excellence. In the context of scientific management, the concept of efficiency has been defined as the basis for organizational excellence and the entry of human relations, which focused on the social needs of workers. The present study aims to review the theoretical and educational literature on strategic leadership and its relationship to achieving organizational commitment.
