Abstract:
Abstract This study investigates the relationship among work environment, work-life balance (WLB), and job satisfaction among college teachers in Palakkad District. The research includes educators from government, aided, and self-financing colleges. Using a stratified simple random sampling technique, 294 instructors participated via a Google Form questionnaire. Confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling were employed for data analysis. Results indicate a significant positive association between work-life balance and job satisfaction among college teachers. However, the influence of work environment on job satisfaction was found to be minimal.
