Abstract:
Abstract The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors influencing the relationship between public administration and intellectual capital development in the real sector of the economy. It revealed that the key drivers of intellectual capital are higher education, innovation activity, and internal costs of research and development. However, the relationship between these factors and public administration efficiency significantly affects only higher education and innovation activity as a factor of economic growth. This fact indicates problems in the state governance of intellectual capital and, consequently, a decrease in the macro-effect in the development of the economy.
