Abstract:
Abstract The objective of this study is to explore the association between the practices of managing the supply chain and the performance of the Adola branch of Ethiopian Magnesium Oxide. This study highlights the significance of effective supply chain management in reducing costs, improving profitability, and gaining a competitive advantage. To conduct this research, Extensive literature were reviewed. The findings suggest that organizations should prioritize proactive supply chain management strategies, strategic planning, and continuous improvement. By doing so, they can optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness, ultimately leading to improved organizational performance.
