Abstract: This paper examined the relationships between mechanisms for converting to regular employees and the sense of fairness while also considering non-regular workers’ career-related awareness. The data utilized in this research is from a survey conducted in January 2015, which was contracted to an online survey company. This research is limited to the analysis of part-time workers employed at food supermarkets and systems for converting to regular employees(N=120).To verify the hypotheses, a multiple regression analysis was performed with sense of fairness as the dependent variable. As a result, among the organizational variables that had no direct effects, it was confirmed that the three points of role models, conversion conditions, and enrichment of procedures had interacted with intention for converting to regular employees.
