Abstract: In close connection with all the skills and personalities of successful managers, as a result of their practical configuration manager behavior ranges formed as a self-teaching activity of his, and the acquisition of basic principles of managerial culture in education. Major directions of the behavior of successful manager in education are: hierarchical position and the exercise of power. Collaboration Manager, both internally by attracting partners in business management and external collaboration are selected collaborators. Subordinate position to a defining part of the successful manager in education contribute to a better education today for a better world tomorrow.
