Abstract: This research is pointing the importance of motivation in the workplace and its implications does not appear in the organization. It is a study with multiple instances vehicle dealerships Santo Angelo, which have great importance for the economic development of the city. The methodology used for this research was quantitative in nature, with surveys apply with stakeholders, showing which are the facts that motivate employees in dealerships Santo Ângelo / RS – Brazil in your performance. The research results showed that the need for further motivates employees in organizations was the need for affiliation, and the difficulty that managers have to motivate their employees.
