Abstract:
Population education is a new concept that has been accepted as an essential component of population policy. With its range constantly widening, population education is also very strongly influenced by the population policy of a particular country. In a developing country such as Indonesia, population education plays an essential role in making family planning successful and in developing "beyond family planning” programs. Such population education programs are oriented towards heightening the awareness of the significance of population problems, leading towards wiser and better attitudes and behavior in life
