Abstract: Mien Tinbergen introduced the macro econometric model back in 1937, the model was known merely as the toy of a very small group of intellectuals. Since then the model has been experiencing an extensive development. Today almost every Central Bank, Finance Department, and National Planning Institution of various countries of the world employ the econometric model to formulate their policies, as well as to forcast the out-comes.
