Abstract: The objective of the study is to determine optimalization of resources allocation of agricluture activities at the farmer level. The result of the study indicates that resource allocation in agriculture activities at the farmer level is inefficient. To improve efficiency in allocating resources, the study suggests agriculture planning in Kabupaten Kediri should spesialize in paddy production. Other food crops production like corn, peanut and soybean are suggested only for sufficient local consumption Area planted with coffee should be expanded to increase income from agriculture sector, while expansion of area planted with chocolate only for sufficient consumption. Sensitivity analysis indicates that decreasing wet land cultivation with 2.5 percent will drop regional income from agriculture with 4.4 billion rupiah. Wet land conversion for non-agriculture activities sliould be prevented for stabilization of regional income from agriculture sector.
