Abstract:
This paper has a purpose to evaluate development to the rate and typology of economic growth in Maluku. As amatter of fact, Location Quotient (LQ) and Regional Specialization Index (RSI) analysis are used to identify the key sector and change of regional economic structure. Besides the LQ & RSI analysis, Klassen Typology analysis is used to know the rate and typology of growth. Therefore, by using the analysis above, it’s hoped that the policy maker will be helped to determine an exact development strategy based on the identification of the basis sector (key sector).
