Abstract: A comprehensive analysis of the types and forms of international legal responsibility of international (intergovernmental) organizations is carried out in the article. The main types of liability of the international (intergovernmental) organizations and their separation into certain forms are revealed. The forms of international legal responsibility of international (intergovernmental) organizations under existing international sources are characterized.
