Abstract: Dragos Obreja is a graduate of the Faculty of Sociology and Social Work of the University of Bucharest, currently being a master student of the same faculty. “Homo Hodie. The concepts that have controlled us for centuries†is the third of his works, published in 2019 by Lumen Scientific Publishing House from Iasi. Trying to answer a question, seemingly simple, but which hides aspects that are quite difficult to clarify, namely whether we are truly more modern than our predecessors, the author addresses a multitude of topics. The work is very heterogeneous, and the author himself calls it a "stew".
