Abstract:
The study of educational management remains a priority and open, being a field debated, researched and problematized on a social scale, with insistence and perseverance, especially in recent years. Starting from the idea that a high quality of educational career management makes a clear difference when we talk about the results of teachers and students, the reality that schools need effective leaders is becoming more widespread if it aims to provide the best possible education for schoolchildren. Educational institutions in need of trained and dedicated teachers, but also, in turn, need mentors and superiors who can be an effective, professional support for their work.
