Abstract: The educational management means performing the management processes, materialized in doing, preparing and taking of decisions, based on mechanisms, based on specific instruments. The decisions that the managers may adopt on different levels is the base for achieving the objectives. Also they know the neccesary resorches for achieving the objectives. The path to the final achievement may be difficult but the managers manages to establish the right directions and after tha to evaluate the results.
