Abstract: "The mediocre teacher tells. The good teacher explains. The superior teacher demonstrates. The great teacher inspires" William Arthur Ward We can say about communication that represents the art of transmitting information, ideas and attitudes from one person to another, transferring information from one sender to a recipient, the talent of making something known, the spread of the word;il also informs, notifiee and tells. It represents the whole of physical and psychological process through a procedure between one or more person is done to obtain certain objectives. Didactic communication has several characteristics which distinquish it from the other forms of interpersonal communication. It takes place between students and teachers, with the aim of training both of them, using different types of communication:verbal, non-verbal, written, visual but mostly the blended form. The didactic message is conceived, selected, organized and logically structured by the teacher, based on some precise objectives. Within the context of the educational relationship it is highly important that the teacher knows the student’s starting point and what he feels in relation to the received message. That’s why an empathic and objective listening is needed. The teacher –student relationship is mutual. Each of them delivers signal message, each one perceives them differently but at the same time they influence each other. Certain requirements influence each other’s personality, becoming in time personalityconstants.
