Abstract: The efficiency of the activity is determined more or less by staff practicies, top leader’s vision and career’s management in the organisation and at the individual level. The potential must be encouraged through accent on the skills. There has to be a preocupation for training, orientation and involvment of the employees through different posibilities of encouraging theirs careers on the way to success.
