Abstract: Disciplinary liability of the civil servants is ordered according to the provisions of their Statute. Therefore, the civil servants make themselves guilty by violating the duties corresponding to the public function that they hold. According to the rules of this public function and to the professional and civic conduct rules provided by the law, the above mentioned violation constitutes a disciplinary offense and attracts their administrative and disciplinary liability.
