Abstract: The problem of liability, in any form, civil, criminal, administrative or disciplinary or even contravention, has concerned human society since ancient times, with the emergence of state organization. So, the notion of responsibility it’s something that we can see or found on many areas of life, such as the employee’s responsibility towards the employer – responsibility specific to relationships governed by labour law or civil law, even for the certain categories of persons invested with certain power.
