Abstract: The evolution of the Internet led to the birth of cyberspace. The analyze of cyberspace means an interdisciplinary approach: normative, cultural, sociological and psyhological. The Internet is now a part of our lifestyle. The evolution of the legal system should follow the world technological development. But, the cyberspace is insufficiently regulated. In this article, we analyze the international, regional regulation, but also the law in Romania and the Republic of Moldova; the link between crime, digital crime and cyberspace; the killer and the victim from crime in cyberspace.
