Abstract: Globalisation acts not only in the spatial-geographical axis but in the temporal one.General theories of law have both the capabilities and vocation to solve the controversial issues underlying this subject. This article attempts an approach of the concept of intergenerational justice in an universalist and contextualist paradigms views, emphasizing possible development in the corrective justice domain and presenting a conceptual map of the moral arguments of retroactivity and prescription
