Abstract:
In this paper we will present one model of project applied in the field of development of civic participation. In our opinion Romania needs these models of civic projects, and also their application, in order to sustain the social development of this country, especialy in the social field. The Infodesk Europa project has the target to establish a Informations and Documentation Center about The Europeens Standards in Agriculturs Policy, Social Policy and Programmes, and the Youth Policy. The target populations is represented by the peoples who lieves in X – Y and the nearest vilages. The activities will be to create the Center, to promete it, to suport people to bild a local NGO capable to work on his own projects. In this projects will take place as well 3 seminaries about The Fund Raising, The Programes Management , and The Impact Of The Europeean Integrations Over The Development Of The Vilages.
