Abstract: Some of the basic and of great importance factors for the success of the company are capitals for doing business, relationships with other business objects and knowledge for good practices and its application. Towards achieving its goals approximately each company create any “mix” of them. The goal of the report is to be reviewed some of these factors that influence management of the company. It have been discussed the importance of benchmarking and networking. The attention is over the benchmarking as an approach for generation of ideas for development and success. It is created a frame of important factors for management of the company.
