Abstract: To establish in industrial enterprises a revolutionized administrative structure which forges close ties with the masses is a major element in strengthening enterprise management. It will play an important role in ensuring the Party's unified leadership, effectively organizing and mobilizing the enthusiasm of the broad masses for socialism as well as boosting socialist production.
