Abstract:
Since the Second Temporary Investigative Commission on Government Administration (the Temporary Commission) published its First Report on Administrative Reform on July 10, 1981, the administrative and fiscal reform issues that were the focus of attention at the governmental level and also the measures about to be taken have gradually become clear.
