Abstract: Outsourcing has powerful influence on the formation and subsequent implementation of development company policy. Organization by turning the external operators in their activities,mobilize resources, knowledge and most importantly a competitive advantage.Thearticle examines the impact of outsourcing on the design of development company policy, especially in terms of optimization of organizations operations. More specifically it examines the characteristics of the market of logistics services and it solutions and by analyzing statistical data finds sector promising growth.
