Abstract: The article will introduce the principles of Lean and Sustainability. It will analyze the points where overlaps occur between these two fields and see how a well-functioning unified system, focusing on both areas could be developed. It will study the effects of Lean tools on the pillar of Social Sustainability. Finally, it makes proposals how to develop a human sustainable system and what could be applied from those mentioned above.
