Abstract: THE IMPACT OF CLINICAL AUDIT ON PROGRAMMING AND ECONOMICAL ADMINISTRATION OF DISEASES OF A HIGH RELEVANCE IN THE SOCIAL-ECONOMIC AREA. In the last few years a more precise control system has been developed, but not more consistent with the complex system of health care. The traditional control systems, designed to monitor the operational structures, aren't able to study the assistance courses efficiently. And their inadequacy is amplified, when the courses are more complex. The difficulty isn't technical, but regards the organization; it's possible to monitor a course of this type, but only once in a while, not systematically. To make monitoring systematic, an investment in information systems should be made and there should be a cost of data entry, which is too high to justify the results of the analysis. These analyses, therefore, can be made occasionally on courses which are particularly relevant in quantitative terms.
