Abstract:
The Baltimore Health Corps (BHC) provided unemployed and underemployed Baltimore residents with temporary employment as COVID-19 contact tracers and care coordinators along with training and employment services. This brief details findings from Mathematica’s support of BHC implementation using the Learn, Innovate, Improve (LI2) framework.
