Abstract: To help reduce teen pregnancies and sexually transmitted infections (STIs), and their negative consequences, Congress authorized the Personal Responsibility Education Program (PREP). This report describes PREP programs in operation from 2013 to 2017 using grantee-submitted data on performance measures.
