Abstract: We Provide a Primarily Qualitative Summary of a Selected Number of Results Obtained for the Province of Quebec with the "Drag" Model of the "Demand for Road Use, Accidents and Their Gravity". the Selection Made on the Basis of Potential Interest for the Establishment of Responsibility for Road Accidents, May Also Have Relevance for General Accident Analysis and Prevention.
