I rapporti tra regolazione e tutela della concorrenza. Teoria economica ed esperienze recenti
Luigi Prosperetti
Mercato Concorrenza Regole, 2002, issue 2, 277-284
Abstract:

The paper discusses cases where regulators protect competition and antitrust bodies regulate. It is suggested that these are worrying symptoms of an expansion of regulatory activities that should be somehow contained.
