The Italian approach to widespread cultural heritage valorization demands a significant and deep change
Irene Bongiovanni
Economia della Cultura, 2023, issue 1, 119-128
Abstract:
Public Administration and CCI must be the leading actors of such change. A new pact between the public owners and the private entreprises is needed in order to promote a culture based development of communities. To accomplish this result there is no need for additional legal tools instead. For instance, the «PSPP – Public Private Special Partnership» is one of such tools. This article also mentions the PSPP Monitor that will contribute to the spreading of good practices and to expedite the application of such new models of cultural heritage valorization
