Abstract:
This article aims to attempt an assessment of the positioning of the «culture» theme – understood as the world of «cultural and creative sectors» – and its component linked to labor and professions, through the analysis of the main official documents guiding the utilization of some of the most relevant funding sources to drive the development of the European Union, facing old and new challenges
