Abstract: Project team management includes two basic aspects – administrative management and leadership. Leadership has a direct relation with motivation. Despite its indisputable importance, in the world of project management the mechanisms for stimulation of motivation not always receive due attention. In this connection the article directs to the motivational problems, consecutively putting approaches for team motivation and the difficulties, pursuing the stimulation of motivated behavior in the participants.
