Abstract:
To manage people primarily means to influence them so as to achieve predefined goals in the strategy of the organization. Modern management of the associates in a company is characterized by the pursuit of the managers to direct the behavior of the employees in a way that they would motivate them to put their greatest efforts to achieve the goals of the entire organization.
