Abstract:
Addressing problems in public communication is of utmost importance for the development of civil society, creating conditions for freedom of speech, active citizen participation in decision-making and the development of a culture of transparency in communication. Each institution must provide access to the information sought, shorten the process of filing applications and obtaining documents with the requested information. For this purpose, the employees have to be trained, and in the case of violations found - sanctioned.
