Abstract:
The meaning of the investments in the human capital is to prepare the individual for successful realization during his life cycle. The dynamic changes in the world economy constantly change the labour market and especially the labour market in the countries in transaction. One of the most important aspects of the transaction is the change in all fields of the national economy. The changes in the labour market are very difficult and all linked with this market with it structural changes in the human capital of the nation.
