Abstract: The study aimed to compare the startup ecosystems in the UAE and KSA to determine their location on the global map of these systems, in addition to shedding light on the Algerian experience as a recent model in this field. The study reached the difference between the startup ecosystems in these countries: while the UAE is considered one of the most successful experiences with very advanced ranks in the world and the first in the Arab world, Saudi Arabia succeeded during 2022 in achieving good results that strengthened its global position in that. As for Algeria, it is still laying the groundwork for its startups ecosystem. Although, as a country, it has not yet entered the global ranking of the 100 best startups ecosystems, the city of Algiers has entered the ranking of the 1000 best cities, achieving a huge qualitative leap compared to the preceding year in the startups ecosystem, opening the way for it to compete for more advanced ranks.
