Abstract: The questions improve material management (RM) in the enterprise and in the corporation. Process control material cost is considered in connection with the expansion of marketing tools. Domestic and international support is to improve the way MR. The process of managing material costs tied to the process of management .Formulated the direction of regulation of the resource potential of the corporation. Introduce the concept of maneuver MR to corporations as a source of improved management corporation to increase its profitability.
