PUBLIC YOUTH OPINION ON UKRAINE'S NATIONAL SECURITY IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE HYBRID WAR

Abstract:

Each region of Ukraine has accumulated a lot of brilliant examples of youth participation in strengthening Ukraine's defense capabilities. Participation in fighting in the Donbass region during the decisive crackdown on Russian military and separatists became a top priority. Immediate volunteer and moral support is increasingly important, providing strength for the Ukrainian Armed Forces. In the south of Ukraine, significant Euro-Atlantic activity on the implementation of conceptual strategic defense basics is carried out by students of the Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University. They, under the leadership of patriotic professors and scientists, organize fundraising for the purchase of weapons, repair of military equipment, send packages with food, clothing, books to the area of Military Release Operations. The university regularly conducts various measures about implementing the European and Euro-Atlantic aspirations, which directly strengthens the collective system of defense of Ukraine So this high school is called a real integration outpost in the south of Ukraine. The article deals with the practical scientific and educational activities of the Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University team that are aimed to enhancing the national security of Ukraine in the conditions of the long-term hybrid war. The main content of the materials is devoted to the analysis of sociological researches that reflect the youth opinion about the formation of defense policy in Ukraine. 1 monitoring reflects 10-year changes in youth's attitude towards Ukraine's relations with Russia, 2 monitoring analyzes students' views on ways to win a hybrid war for Ukraine. We consider that proposed scientific analysis and main facts, propositions and recommendations, and conclusions will attract interest of Ukrainian and Foreign scientists and professionals. And it will be useful for the increasing effectiveness of this so actual topic.

У кожному регіоні України нагромаджено чимало яскравих прикладів щодо участі молоді у зміцненні обороноздатності України. Актуальність посилюється продовженням довготривалою анексією Російською Федерацією Криму та здійсненням кривавої агресії на території Донбасу в ході рішучій відсічі російським військовим та сепаратистам. Вагоме місце посідає безпосередня волонтерська і моральна підтримка все більше набираючим сили і міцність українським збройним силам. У статті висвітлюються доробки як молодих представників Чорноморського національного університету імені Петра Могили, так і всього професорсько-викладацького та допоміжного складу щодо здійснення послідовних кроків у впровадженні європейських і євроатлантичних критеріїв і стандартів. В основу змісту покладені наукові результати проведених моніторингів серед молоді, зокрема студентів університету, що засвідчують дії і помисли молоді, спрямовані на необхідне посилення національної безпекової політики України. Високопатріотичні дії молоді Миколаївщини, як і всієї України, переконують, що і в подальший період молоде покоління буде активно позитивно реагувати на нові виклики і загрози українській національній безпеці. Поява і подальше запровадження нових обороноспроможних стартапів й інноваційних технологічних заходів мають бути підтримані і реалізовані на різних рівнях державності. Сьогодні з метою зміцнення української системи національної безпеки державним очільникам, громадським діячам та й вченим варто не тільки покладатися на зовнішню допомогу, а й послідовно й ретельно реалізувати положення закону щодо національної безпеки України. Гадаємо, що науковий аналіз розміщених в тексті фактів і свідчень та сформовані пропозиції й рекомендації, а також висновки викличуть зацікавленість як в українських, так і зарубіжних фахівців, що неодмінно позначиться на результативності вкрай актуального напрямку.
