The social orientation of MIA's budget

Abstract: Expenditures on social needs as provided by the MIA budget shall affect both the level of life, wellbeing of the IA officers, and criminality in Russia. So, financing expenditures on social needs from the budget of MIA has become the matter of the governments consideration.
