Abstract: It this article we are going to have a good look at the formation of the local governmentin Moscow and the relationship between the local government andgovernmental authorities. Th is article brings up a question of necessity of thelocal government presence with an allowance for legal relationship in Moscowdistrict. Also we are talking here about the participation of the population in thelocal government activity.
