Legal harmonization of control and accounts bodies in the Russian Federation

Abstract: The article describes the main features of the harmonized legal status of the regional audit institutions in Russia aft er the adoption of the Federal law of February 7, 2011 N 6-FL On the common principles of the organization and operation of the regional and municipal control and accounts bodies. The article pays special attention to the problems, arising due to the implementation of the abovementioned law.
