Anticorruption declaring in Russia: current problems and possible approaches to reforming

Abstract:
The article is devoted to possible trends to improve the system of officials and their relatives informing about their incomes, property and commitments of the property nature. It considers the implementation story of anticorruption declarations in Russia, analyzes the main deficiencies of the approach being realized for regulating, proposes recommendations on reforming the system of declaration. The article is based on the report About anticorruption declaration development in Russia of SRU High School of Economics. It also has taken into account the results of the report discussion at two round table conferences that took place in August and in September of 2012.
