Abstract:
This article presents some brief results of the study conducted by the Center for Strategic Studies in cooperation with the Center for Economic and Financial Consulting which reviewed current practices of legal norms application, aimed at protecting rights of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. While both positive and negative trends related to legal application practices have been revealed, the conclusion of the study is that the potential of the law effectiveness in terms of protecting rights of businesses and reducing administrative barriers is still not fully used. Therefore, implementation of the recommendations made is deemed necessary.
