Ways of Counteracting Fiscal Criminality and Shadow Turnover

Abstract: In the article the state and tendencies of development of fiscal police organs are considered, peculiarities of their competence, rights and obligations are shown. Basing on the specifics of the fiscal sphere and fiscal criminality in the last years recommendations are formulated aimed at increasing the efficiency of activity for providing fiscal discipline in Russia, lowering the level of shadow turnover. It allows the author to come to a conclusion that fiscal crimes and shadow turnover should be economically insolvent.
