Abstract: Theoretical basis of organization function in the system of wine branch management consists of principles, laws and legislative acts, structure of wineries operation in conditions of market relations. Thus, the organization function that contains a multifunctional structure represents a multifunctional set that provides the specific relation in the system of the given complex.
