Abstract:
Knowledge management may be treated both narrowly and broadly. The understanding of the nature of knowledge, including its classification, is important for improving knowledge management. There are distinguished 6 forms of knowledge: ignorance, data, information, knowledge, wisdom and truth (an extended and original version of the DIKW model).
